About Me
I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist & Board Certified Music Therapist in private practice in California.

Helping others & making music have always been my passions in life. I am privileged to be able to use my training & experience to facilitate meaningful change with clients. Thoughtfully integrating key elements of music & person-centered intervention fosters a safe & creative space for self-awareness, healing & growth.

I offer over 10 years of experience working with a wide range of people in a variety of settings- from children & adolescents with developmental, neurological & psychological challenges, to older persons living with dementia. I spent the first 10 years of my career working as a therapist & clinic director in New York City, where I had the opportunity to work with individuals with complex emotional & psychological needs. I then spent time as a department director in corporate healthcare after moving back to California in 2018. The decision to return to my original passion has allowed me the privilege of working hand-in-hand with others to help them overcome obstacles.

My core belief as a music therapist is that each individual, regardless of their musical skills or background, can benefit from musical experiences that are carefully curated & co-created. By building trust in a supportive space, we can move past disabilities & internal blockages to become present in the here & now with ourselves & others.
